We managed to get more than 200 applicants! Not bad. But rupanya ada trick kalau nak join career fair ni tau.
- Kalau pemohon pertengahan tahun usually will be a fresh graduate with little experience
- Jan-Feb will be the good month to participate kalau nak cari candidate yang berpengalaman sebab usually lepas month after bonus, diorang akan start plan to hop or test market
After all, it based on luck nak dapatkan calon yang bagus dan peluang pekerjaan yang bersesuaian.
Kitorang pun sambil promote job, meliar juga mata cari peluang. lol.
